Business:
Reviewed and signed Motor Vehicle commitment.
Reviewed and signed two Motor Vehicle abatements.
Reviewed contract from Cartographics requesting permission in the form of a release to sell our digital maps to a 2nd party. Contract is to be sent to Atty. Locke for legal review.
Revaluation:
Vendor quotes are as follows:
Mayflower Valuation Ltd, Duane Adams
$12,900 for complete reval package or $700 per diem rate
Gus Martin - $3000 for five days and $300 per day for every day following
Bishop & Associates, Roy Bishop - $7,700 full package
Final recommendations for a revaluation consultant from each assessor will be required within the last week of April.
Adam Burt contacted the office to inquire about vendor bid selection and to discuss requirements from Jessica for his data quality research.
